Property Market in Spain picks up in 2011
The once booming property market which brought so much growth and investment to Spain took a turn for the worse in the second half of 2008, but market analysts are positive that the recent interest in foreign investment into Spain indicates that there are more positive steps forward to be expected.
The new interest has been sparked by the current bargains and real estate deals to be found and the Spanish government has predicted a 1.3% growth in the economy for 2011, growing to 2.5% for next year.
